Booking Appointments

To book an appointment, simply call us at 416-763-4200 and speak with one of our receptionists. When booking the appointment, we will need to know the reason for booking, as well as your preferred day and time (within the availability of our schedule).

New Clients: If you have not been to our clinic before, we will also need to know your name and contact number, as well as the name, species, and breed of your pet(s). We ask that you arrive fifteen (15) minutes before the start of your appointment if this is your first visit.

When you arrive for your first appointment, we will need you to fill out our New Client Form. For your convenience you may click the link to print the form and fill it out at home. Otherwise a copy will be provided for you when you arrive.

Reptile Owners: Please view our Reptile Husbandry form and print it to fill out at home if possible. The information you provide us on this form is critical in evaluating your pet's health.
